  • You will receive a competitive quotation with no hidden extras or surprises
  • To assist with your cash-flow, we break our fees down into 3 interest-free payments
  • To ensure best value, we make a Price Match Promise; if you can find a cheaper like-for-like quote within 14-days, we’ll match it! 

4. Dedicated support throughout the implementation process

  • Our 6-step certification process simplifies the pathway to certification within a timeframe that suits you
  • Your dedicated Account Manager will be your principal contact throughout the certification process and beyond
  • Free, unlimited email and telephone access will be made available to you from your dedicated Lead Assessor

5. Ongoing support – we won’t leave you in the dark!

  • Once certification is achieved, you will receive regular contact from your Account Manager to ensure that your support needs are met
  • Call our freephone number and our team will be happy to help you with any technical questions you may have; we’re here from 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
  • If you opt-in, you will receive a monthly e-Bulletin - a digest of relevant business news to support your organisation

We will measure our performance in fulfilling our promises through regular client surveys and by monitoring the feedback we receive from you.  The results of which will be published on our website.
